NNE A/S

AI Consultant focusing on low-code platform at Novo Nordisk Engineering
If you are motivated by enabling responsible AI adoption, supporting users in building valuable agents, and shaping the platform that helps bring AI into everyday work at NNE, we would love to hear from you!

Who we are

We are a leading pharma engineering company shaping the future of API pharma engineering globally. Leveraging the expertise of 2,000+ employees across Denmark, India, and the US, we design, build and optimise pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are essential to the health and well-being of patients everywhere.

Our success is driven by passion, innovation, and collaboration — with our customers and across our teams and disciplines. If you share our dedication to a noble cause and our passion for API pharma engineering, then NNE is the place for you.

About the role
We are looking for an AI Consultant to join Global IT and help scale the responsible use of AI across NNE.

In this role, you will own and develop the Copilot Studio capability, ensuring the platform enables enabling users and business teams to build and operate agents safely, efficiently and responsible.

You will be responsible for establishing the governance, standards and operating model required to support agent development at scale, including platform oversight, integration approach, guardrails, lifecycle management and cost transparency.

As part of a cross-organisational AI Adoption team, you will help turn NNE’s AI ambitions into practical and sustainable solutions that create value for both users and the organisation.

How you might spend your days
As AI Consultant in Global IT, you’ll be:

  • Manage the Copilot Studio platform, including environments, access management, lifecycle management processes, governance controls
  • Support users and agent builders through guidance, templates, best practices and troubleshooting, helping turn ideas into working agents
  • Assess when solutions are ready to scale or move into production, coordinating with relevant stakeholders on technical and adoption requirements
  • Manage connector and MCP enablement requests and technical setup, coordinating assessments and decisions with Security, Architects and other stakeholders
  • Staying up to date on new Microsoft features and platform changes, to identify opportunities or risks, assessing what value it could bring to our users and ways of working
  • Monitor platform adoption, utilization and costs, providing insights that support responsible growth, cost transparency and informed decision-making

Who you are
We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the results we achieve as a team. As a person, you are:

  • Curious and eager to explore AI capabilities and how they can create value for the users
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and maintainability
  • Pragmatic and able to balance innovation with governance and operational needs
  • Patient and supportive, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed

  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with the ability to navigate change in a fast-moving AI landscape

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform and agent development
  • Understand of platform governance, including environments, access management, DLP policies and guardrails for responsible use
  • Experience supporting users through technical guidance, training or enablement activities
  • Understanding of licensing models, cost drivers and platform consumption metrics
  • It is a plus if you also have knowledge of integration patterns, software lifecycle principles or risk assessment processes
