We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistants to join our finance team on a full-time parental leave cover contract. In this role, you will become part of a collaborative and international finance function, supporting our Nordic markets and helping ensure efficient and high-quality Accounts Payable processes.

The Role
As an Accounts Payable assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will work closely with

colleagues across the Finance function as well as internal and external stakeholders, contributing to efficient financial operations across the Nordic region. The Accounts Payable team is responsible for receiving, processing, and ensuring payment

of all supplier invoices for Food Folk. Moreover, contributing to the continuous improvement

and optimization of the Accounts Payable function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Managing vendor onboarding and maintaining supplier master data
• Performing vendor account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Handling inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting payment runs and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline Accounts Payable processes
• Supporting the wider Finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects

Skills & Requirements
Who You Are

• You have a relevant educational background within Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Experience with Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or other finance-related tasks is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You contribute with positive energy and natural curiosity for your tasks and the people you work with.
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system is an advantage
• You communicate confidently in English.
