Operational Engineer – for Technical Department

For our Extended Warranty & Warranty part Department (ELUW), we are looking for an Operational Engineer. The team is part of the Engine Support Department, which has an additional 90 colleagues, including several other teams and groups. We collaborate across these teams in our daily work.
You will play an important role in
- Defining and describing the technical scope for onboard attendances related to warranty cases
- Collaborating with colleagues in ELUW to plan and execute onboard attendances
- Following up on attendances, collecting feedback from reports, and sharing insights within the Everllence organization
- Providing technical troubleshooting support to customers (licensees, owners, operators)
- Coordinating design updates for engines in production and in service
We imagine that you
- Have a background as a Marine Engineer or hold a relevant engineering qualification
- Are service‑minded and support colleagues by helping identify effective and practical solutions
- Are able to work independently while being communicative, collaborative, comfortable working across professional boundaries
- Take a structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Recognize the importance of routine tasks and carry them out with care and attention to detail
- Have solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbally, as most communication is conducted in English
