As a Strategy & Innovation Analyst, you will work directly with senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives sponsored by the CEO. You will join a fast-growing deep-tech company where your analyses and recommendations will influence key business decisions from day one.
You will become part of our Strategy & Innovation team, working alongside experienced strategy and business professionals. The role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to executive leadership and board processes, and a steep professional learning curve.
Your responsibilities
You will support and drive strategic and innovation-related initiatives across Weibel, including:
- Driving strategic projects sponsored by the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
- Preparing analyses, business cases, and decision materials for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Supporting strategic planning, governance, and board processes
- Conducting market, competitor, and industry analyses
- Supporting innovation initiatives and new business opportunities
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization to execute strategic priorities
Your profile
We imagine that you:
- Hold a master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field
- Demonstrate outstanding analytical capabilities and a strong track record of achievement
- Have relevant experience from internships, student jobs, consulting, strategy, business development, or other analytical roles
- Have an interest in the defence, aerospace, or technology sector
- Thrive in solving complex business challenges and turning analysis into actionable recommendations
- Are highly structured, proactive, curious, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Are fluent in English and either Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish
Experience from consulting, defence, aerospace, or technology-intensive industries is an advantage but not required.
