Your Responsibilities:
Housing Community Support
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of Housing events, including:
- Welcome and Kick-Off Events
- Housing Mingle Events
- Study Breaks and community-building activities
- Support event setup, logistics, and cleanup.
Help ensure a positive and welcoming environment for students during housing events.
Housing Logistic Support
- Serve as Housing Lead onsite during student arrival days, providing logistical support and assisting students as needed.
- Coordinate and support housing-related errands, including:
- Key pickups and deliveries
- Poster distribution and posting
- Key collection
- Assist with move-out preparations and onsite departure logistics
Participate in Housing Matching Process
Other/Admin
- Support housing key inventory management
- Assist with mailbox label creation
- Provide backup support for the Housing inbox during peak periods, helping respond to routine inquiries and directing questions to appropriate staff
- Occasional posts in DIS Navigate, our DIS student communication platform
Your profile
- A student studying in an undergraduate/graduate program at an institution in Stockholm
- Flexibility to work hours varying from week to week, as well as occasional evenings and weekends
- Excellent English (oral & written) is a requirement
- You have valid Swedish work permission (this position does not come with a work visa)
