SÆTHER is a leading player in the Nordic beauty market, and we are looking for a colleague to join our Nordic brand management team. The position is based in our Danish office, and you will be responsible for an exciting fragrance portfolio covering Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne, and Carolina Herrera.
With the support of the Nordic Sales & Marketing Manager, the Nordic Brand Manager is to facilitate the planning and implementation of the marketing plan in the Nordic Area. This includes managing and following the Sales & Marketing at a regional level as well as being the interface between the Brand owner and the local markets on all marketing- & sales related topics.
Key responsibilities
Together with the Nordic Sales & Marketing Manager you are responsible for the full P&L of a portfolio of brands. This includes the cooperation and negotiation with the brand owner, where you will then play an important part in building a strong and healthy collaboration to secure a satisfied brand owner.
Some of the tasks you will perform to be successful are:
- Prepare marketing plans in all aspects, including new product launches, trade marketing plans, pricing, assortment, PR, and merchandising together with the local team
- Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies based on your brand owner’s goals and expectation
- Financial planning and budgeting both on local as well as Nordic level and secure maximum profitability and growth in line with Sæther’s own as well as the brand owner’s expectations
- Review on a regular basis marketing budget, key sales analytics such as sell in-sell out reports, customer P&L’s, turnover estimations, and trend reporting
- Be the one point of contact for the brand owner
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the Nordics
- Support for KAM before Half Year meetings with key customers
What we expect from you to succeed in this job:
- Relevant education at min. Bachelor or Master level
- Relevant business experience, more than 3 years - know-how of beauty brands or FMCG is preferred
- Strong financial skills and used to juggling all aspects of sales and ASP
- Eager to make a difference, and have a commercial mindset and analytical capabilities
- Result driven, structured and ambitious and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for marketing and brand execution
- Including and out-going personality
- Excellent in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Danish and English
