USA, San Jose CA Inside Sales Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

You will have the desire and passion to learn and become an Account Manager/Inside Sales professional. This position will be an "Office" role requiring you to be part of the office 5 days/week. Come join our team in our San Jose, California office location.

What you will do:

• You will provide proactive detailed account management
• Develop strong relationships with your customers
• Work in a value-based collaborative teams with short decision-making channels and excellent networking
• You will have a desire to be part of a team

Requirements:

• You have a history of working with customers from start to finish in a long order management cycle.
• Experience in order management with contract manufactures or similar industries
• Excellent communication skills a must as you will pick up the phone and communicate with peers
• Provide highly professional, passionate and proactive account management
• Have a structured and independent way of thinking.
• Printed Circuit Board and/or PCB Assembly industry knowledge preferred but not required
• Show self-initiative and an openness to share new ideas
• Knowledge of order entry/enterprise systems
• Ability to work in an open-office environment
• Strong attention to detail

Salary Range?
The pay will be dependent on experience you bring to the role, the range will be $50k-80K, depending on experience.
