SCADA Monitoring Specialist for Scale-Up Company Within Critical Infrastructure
On behalf of our client, Cyber Partners, we are looking for a technically strong SCADA Monitoring Specialist to join their team in Dragør, close to Copenhagen. You will become part of a growing team working with the development, implementation and maintenance of monitoring platforms for wind turbines, with a strong focus on operational reliability, system performance and availability.

In this role, you will work hands-on with SCADA systems, HMI solutions, PLC environments and monitoring platforms, ensuring that critical infrastructure operates reliably and efficiently. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, system integration and being close to operational technology.

YOUR PRIMARY WORK TASKS

• Develop, configure and maintain monitoring platforms for wind power
• Work hands-on with SCADA, HMI and PLC systems in industrial control environments
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot SCADA applications to ensure stable operations
• Support commissioning, testing and implementation of new monitoring solutions
• Investigate alarms, incidents and system performance to optimize operational reliability
• Collaborate with clients in the wind energy sector
• Support protocol development and integration with embedded hardware
• Participate in continuous improvement of monitoring platforms and operational processes

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong technical background (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar)
• Experience with SCADA engineering is essential
• Experience working with HMI and PLC systems in industrial environments
• Experience with Operational Technology (OT)
• Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting or system support will be an advantage
• Experience with data handling and analysis will be an advantage
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols and embedded systems
• Domain knowledge from the wind energy sector will be a plus
• Experience with monitoring platforms and industrial control systems is preferred
