ActionAid Denmark (Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke) is launching a tender for a consultancy to support the development of its 2027–2031 resource mobilization strategy.

We're looking for a consultant (or team) to deliver an evidence-based analysis of the international donor landscape — starting with a topline review of five markets (US, Germany, Switzerland, the Gulf, and Türkiye), narrowing to the top 3 for a deep dive — mapping donor types and funding modalities aligned with our work on democracy & human rights, climate justice, and humanitarian action, with a strong focus on youth.

• Budget: up to €20,000 (max 40 days at €500/day incl. VAT)
• Consultancy start: 17 August 2026
