As Sr. Performance Marketing Consultant, Global Partnership & B2B Marketing, you will join our Global B2B / Strategic Partnerships team in Struer or Kongens Lyngby. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, optimizing the full marketing funnel, and ensuring strong alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial growth. Working closely with brand, commercial, and external partners, you will translate performance insights into actions that build a strong and scalable pipeline across global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize full-funnel performance from awareness to conversion
- Drive high-quality lead generation across priority segments such as hospitality and consumer electronics
- Define and track KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Align marketing activities with commercial targets such as revenue, partner sales, and pipeline growth
- Optimize channel mix across digital, events, and partnerships to maximize acquisition efficiency
- Lead performance reporting, dashboards, and insight generation across campaigns and channels
- Ensure strong data capture, CRM integration, and lead nurturing flows
What you bring
You are commercially minded and data-driven, with a strong ability to translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative, international environment and are comfortable working across both brand and commercial functions.
Moreover, you bring:
- Experience within performance marketing, preferably in a B2B, luxury, or consumer electronics context
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with KPIs, funnel metrics, and reporting
- Experience managing stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and commercial teams
- A clear and structured communication style, with the ability to present insights to various audiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid media, SEO, or email marketing
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
