This is a field-based position covering the territory of Norway in approximately 60% of the time.

Your role:

As a Field Service Engineer in Norway, you will take ownership of a varied and hands-on role at the heart of our Nordic Field Service organization for Lab Water Solutions. You will install and commission lab water purification systems, carry out maintenance and service, and resolve technical issues with precision and pace. You will also play an important part in helping customers get the best from their equipment through training, support, and dependable follow-through. Alongside your field work, you will maintain clear service documentation, manage spare parts accurately, and travel across Norway. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, values technical quality, and wants to combine practical problem-solving with a high standard of customer care.

Who you are:

• Have a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification.
• Bring a strong field service background, ideally with lab equipment, and a customer-focused, service-minded approach.
• Confident in troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and finding practical solutions efficiently.
• Bring a digital mindset and are motivated to contribute to our Field Service digital transformation journey.
• You are comfortable working both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
• Flexible and willing to travel across Norway, including remote areas, and hold a valid driver’s license.
• You are fluent in Norwegian (or Swedish or Danish) and English.
