Training Coordinator

Build simple and efficient training
As our new Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in rolling out a new training framework across the company. To begin with, you will be responsible for the daily training administration for the Danish site, including document distribution, training inbox, maintenance of training tools, etc. As the role evolves, you will also be handling the training administration at the Polish Site.

Your role

  • Develop and update training material in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
  • Ensure that the training documentation is compliant with Good Documentation Practice (GDocP)
  • Maintain training tools (competency houses, overviews, training modules etc.)
  • Assign documents on request
  • Create standardized training plans in collaboration with management
  • Provide professional and timely support as main point of contact
  • Prepare and coordinate onboarding
  • Create authorization and merit statements
  • Ensure audit and inspection readiness
  • Coordinate training activities on site

About you

  • Approach tasks with energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident user of AI and MS Office
  • Professional communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Experience from a GMP and manufacturing environment is preferred
  • There can be many entries to the job, and we do not require you to have a university degree
