We are looking for two Senior MSAT Scientists to join our Tablet Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) organisation. These positions offer the opportunity to work on marketed products as well as new product introductions, supporting manufacturing operations across Denmark, Ireland and the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, highly experienced scientific team responsible for maintaining product quality, supporting manufacturing and ensuring medicines continue to reach patients worldwide. About the Role As a Senior MSAT Scientist, you will act as a scientific expert supporting commercial manufacturing throughout the product lifecycle. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA) and CMC teams, you'll investigate technical challenges, lead product stability activities and provide scientific recommendations that directly support product quality and regulatory compliance. Depending on the team you join, you will either support:Lifecycle Management of marketed products, or New product introduction, supporting technology transfer from development into commercial manufacturing. Both provide excellent exposure to global stakeholders and offer genuine opportunities to influence how products are manufactured and maintained throughout their lifecycle. Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior MSAT Scientist, you will:
- Lead product stability studies and interpret scientific data throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor product stability trends and investigate out-of-trend or unexpected results.
- Provide scientific product quality support to Manufacturing during deviations and investigations.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend scientifically sound solutions.
- Support regulatory submissions and lifecycle management activities.
- Develop and review technical documentation, protocols and scientific reports.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, QC, QA and CMC to resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to regulatory inspections and interactions with Health Authorities.
- Mentor junior colleagues and share scientific knowledge across the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, product quality and ways of working.
What We're Looking For
- We're looking for scientists who enjoy combining technical expertise with problem solving and collaboration.
Essential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or another relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong scientific problem-solving skills.
- Experience investigating technical or quality-related issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
PreferredExperience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
- Product Stability
- Product Quality
- MSAT
- Quality Control (QC)

- Technology Transfer
- Validation
- Regulatory submissions

About the TeamYou will join Tablet Manufacturing Science & Technology, supporting commercial manufacturing across Denmark, Ireland and the United States. The department plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, supporting manufacturing, leading product stability activities and ensuring products remain compliant throughout their lifecycle. Salary and benefits
Salary: For this role, the annual base salary ranges from DKK 651,000 to 956,900, depending on your experience and competencies.
