Your Everyday at Nexi
As aRepair Technician, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Ballerup. As part of Supply Chain, you will contribute to the management of all logistics activities for payment terminals, accessories, and services, ensuring smooth operations for our internal teams and our network of customers, partners, and service providers across the Nordics.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

As part of Supply Chain, you will contribute to the management of all logistics activities for payment terminals, accessories, and services, ensuring smooth operations for our internal teams and our network of customers, partners, and service providers across the Nordics.

• Receive, unpack, and process daily returns from customers
• Perform initial screening of payment terminals, including clearing and verifying transaction data
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and carry out repairs on payment terminals
• Conduct testing and software updates following repairs to ensure full functionality
• Contribute to accurate data collection and reporting
• Ensure correct and complete invoicing data is captured
