As a participant in the Drive the Future Program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape initiatives that support our businesses across the firm.

In Argentina, DTF opportunities are open to students from all universities in Buenos Aires. If you are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing your degree, this could be the beginning of something great. Take into consideration that participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires part-time, availability in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

These opportunities are intended for advanced university students of Human Resources / Business Administration, who have approximately one year or a little more remaining until graduation in:

• Advanced university students of Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or related careers.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Some experience in the area is appreciated.
• Availability to work 19 hours per week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
• Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Data skills, including proficiency in Excel and AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
