Job Summary
- This role is responsible for providing thought leadership in developing and executing a global marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. The role guides and oversees regional marketing teams, fosters strategic partnerships with critical stakeholders, and directs the development of departmental vision and policies. The role also holds accountability for marketing expenditure and functional budget, monitors critical KPIs, aligns strategies across organizational functions, advises executive management, and represents the department at the executive level.

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field.
Responsibilities
• Provides thought leadership on the development and execution of a global marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Guides and oversees provision of strategic direction to regional marketing teams to ensure a consistent global approach.
• Leads development and nurturing of partnerships with critical customers, suppliers, and internal business units to support strategic market plans.
• Oversees and directs the development of department’s long-term vision, communications strategies, policies, standards.
• Provides leadership oversight on management of marketing expenditure, partner funding, and forecasting, and ensures adherence to the set budget.
• Oversees critical KPIs around content engagement and usage to inform marketing strategies, and measures campaign effectiveness while looking for optimization opportunities.
• Holds full accountability for operational success, aligns strategies, and integrates activities with major organizational functions, setting policies and owning numerous measurable goals.
• Guides and serves as a key advisor to executive management, influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.
• Represents the department before the executive management, ensuring availability of all the necessary resources and resolving any escalation.
