Join us as a Training Partner and play a key role in strengthening training and competence across the organisation.
Your new role
As a Training Partner, you will act as a key advisor and operational partner to the business, ensuring effective, compliant, and impactful training solutions that support performance and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted partner to leaders, identifying how training can address business challenges and support onboarding and capability building
- Designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training content in collaboration with stakeholders both in daily operation and projects in the area according to requirements
- Delivering training in Training standards, including Training of trainers and ensuring high-quality job instructions
- Supporting continuous improvement and systematic problem solving in collaboration with the different stakeholders in our organisation.
Your new department
You will join the DMN Training & cLEAN department, where training excellence and continuous improvement are at the core. The team works closely with leaders, content responsibles, and training colleagues to ensure effective onboarding, strong capability development, and sustainable training solutions that support business goals. We are a small team, which means that we work closely together supporting each other
Your skills and qualifications
You bring a strong learning mindset and the ability to translate business needs into practical and impactful training solutions.
We expect that you:
- Hold a relevant degree within learning science, psychology, human resources, or similar – alternatively bring experience from a production environment combined with a passion for learning
- Have hands-on experience working with developing training and learning activities, ideally in a structured or regulated environment
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders
- Work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive improvements and solutions
- Have a solid Lean and quality mindset
- Work in systematic and analytical way
- Communicate fluently oral and written in Danish and English.

What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 575,000 to DKK 805,000, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
