Who are we?
Back in 2018, one of Denmark’s most historical companies, TDC Group, ventured on a “first of its kind” path of separating the company into an infrastructure and wholesales company, TDC NET, and a service provider, Nuuday.
One of the two now independent companies, Nuuday is on a journey towards accelerating the digital transformation to deliver great customer experiences to all our customers and businesses.

What do we do?
You’ll be working in the Portfolio & Demand Management (PDM) organization that is placed in the Digital Customer Transformation department, in Technology. We’re a small team of committed people working closely with all business and technology units and aim to support and develop each other and make every workday fun!

Our responsibilities are spread across the entire organization - such as the company-wide transformation program - and we collaborate with project owners and project managers from all areas across our company. During the transformation journey, we are supporting Nuuday in creating an overview of all projects and programs and streamlining reporting and governance. We have also created, rolled out and embedded a tool supported Demand management stage-gate process, which is enabling the prioritization and project approval process.

Who are you?
You have a forward-thinking mindset and aren’t afraid of testing different approaches. You express ideas or facts in a clear, concise, and open manner. Actively listen and proactively share knowledge, handle conflict effectively, by overcoming differences of opinion and finding common ground.

We are team that communicates in English, so you have solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Furthermore, you are a natural facilitator and enjoy leading both meetings and workshops.

You are open to change and flexible in a ever-growing environment. You are good at reflecting on experiences and modify own behavior, always pursue continuous improvements.

It’s less important for us if your experience comes from theory or practice. For us it’s important that you are eager to work with different tasks and be part of a team, where we help each other.

What will you do?
You will have an influence on the speed of our transformation while ensuring that the overall strategic portfolio of projects and programs are moving according to plan and are able to deliver the outcomes set by the overall ambitions, budget, and strategy by Nuuday.

You will;

• Capture, sort, improve, report, and analyze the data outputs from projects
• Gather and maintain project documentation from project managers– project plans, schedules, status reports, change requests etc. and ensure adherence to all Nuuday Project Delivery Model and budget requirements.
• Coordinate and analyze project updates from project teams, highlight risks and delays
• Coordinate project initiation and closure with project teams
• Follow up resource planning process between projects and IT domains
• Provide support to various IT departments and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures to prepare all reports
• Prepare data and reports for project managers, project stakeholders, and the leadership team in Nuuday, with an understanding of the different needs of each.
• Coordinate and organize meetings and interviews, taking minutes for information, action, and follow-up as appropriate.
• It would be useful if you have experience using/building MS Power Apps (specifically PowerBi & Projects for the Web), but this is not a prerequisite.
