Your Mission
As Sales Manager your most important task is to ensure that our sales organisation delivers great results. You must possess the ability to work with sales on a strategic as well as an operative level, where you master an outreach- and consultative sales process. Our customer segment consists of Swedish business leaders and therefore you must understand how to communicate effectively with individuals at management and board level. It is important that you and your teams can win the trust of business leaders and that you have a basic understanding and interest in the Swedish business community.

Your Tasks
As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive the development of sales strategies.
  • Recruit members to your teams.
  • Implement developed sales strategies.
  • Participate actively in budget work and set goals for the organisation.
  • Follow KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Have full responsibility for the teams' performance.
  • Continuously coach and motivate the organisation.
  • Be responsible for the group and the individual's development.
  • Create conditions for employees to achieve their goals.
  • Hold personnel responsibilities.
  • Work closely and in collaboration with other managers.

In this role, you will develop your skills and leadership abilities through projects and coaching within the Scandinavian venture environment.

CVX currently consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals, and to ensure that you learn, develop, assimilate into the culture, and succeed in the role, you will report directly to our CCO and CEO.
