for our Airline Optimiser Team

We are looking for
a dynamic specialist for our Airline Optimiser group who will help to:
- Develop and test new solutions for our Pairing and Roster Optimiser
- Hold training courses in the use and configuration of the Pairing and Roster Optimiser for both new and existing customers
- Contribute with sales support and product presentations
- Support our customers with questions regarding our Pairing and Roster Optimiser
- You will also get an insight into our crew management system FlightCrew, to enable you to support it and teach in the use of it
We emphasize building close relationships with our customers. The job includes the possibility of travel activity for both new and existing customers globally.
We are looking for you with experience within Crew Rostering, or a background as an analyst within the Airline industry.
Experience using Pairing and/or Roster Optimisers and teaching will also be considered as positive.
We expect you to have a systematic approach to testing, be able to acquire technical knowledge and have an interest in involving yourself in the PDC applications on both a user and technical level.
You are outgoing, approachable and handle testing and customer inquiries in a structured way. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important, and you have good English skills, both written and spoken.
