Deloitte’s ServiceNow team is launching the ServiceNow Talent Program to develop the next generation of industry leading experts in enterprise technology enablement. Participants will join Deloitte’s Consultant Academy and engage in a specialized training program focusing on developing key competencies within digital strategy, business transformation and technical areas such as Gen AI, configuration management and scripting. Here you will specialize in key areas like IT, Finance, HR, Risk, Cyber Security and ESG within the leading-edge ServiceNow platform.

Job Description
ServiceNow is part of Deloitte’s Technology Strategy and Transformation offering and you will join a team of incredibly engaged, ambitious and great colleagues who always stive to bring the best out in each other.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Translating business requirements into detailed acceptance criteria, running projects from start to end, identifying root causes, and leading the transformation of traditional IT organizations towards Enterprise service-based organizations.
• Designing and building custom applications tailored to specific business needs, leveraging scripting to automate workflows, and developing seamless integrations using APIs to connect disparate systems and improve data flows.
• Challenging status quo when designing solutions as well as emphasizing great user experiences and optimizing workflows.
• Providing insights and guidance to our clients on ServiceNow standard process in the areas of application development, agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and cloud applications.

Qualifications
You are graduating or have recently graduated from an education or have experience that combines IT and digitalization e.g., MSc in Information Systems, Data Science, Software Design, Digital Innovation and Management or similar

What you bring to the team:

• Above all, you are a great teammate with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about modern technology and its role in the business landscape, with a strong eagerness to delve into ServiceNow applications.
• The ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Familiar with (or awareness of) Information Systems, Scripting, Gen AI, IT Infrastructure, ITIL, Enterprise Architecture, Data Models, and Project Management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, and you should ideally have a high proficiency in Danish or a willingness to learn the language.
• The legal right to live and work in Denmark.
