As the Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in the collaboration with experts in a wide range of IT services, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills. What you’ll be doing:
- Engineering Excellence: Engineer and operate core infrastructure components with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory, embracing automation for seamless service maintenance
- Diverse Support: Provide additional support for PKI, Entra ID, and other cloud identity providers, as well as DNS and DHCP
- Documentation and Development: Develop, document, and maintain manual and automated infrastructure services with a keen eye on operating stability, security, and compliance
- Collaborative Engagement: Engage in midrange server infrastructure activities and actively participate in driving core service initiatives while fostering integration across technical teams

Your experience and background:
- Active Directory Mastery: Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in Active Directory enterprise infrastructure engineering and operations within complex environments
- Automation Proficiency: Showcase expertise in PowerShell and automation platforms to streamline operations
- Cloud and Hybrid Skills: Expertise with Azure AD, Entra ID and familiarity with cloud technologies
- Infrastructure Know-How: Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP and proficiency ideally with Infoblox
- Service Management Insight: Familiarity with ITL, SAFe agile framework and IT Service Management in large environments
- Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English
