As a Principal Solutions Sales Executive focusing on Network Solutions at GlobalConnect, your days will be filled with engaging conversations, strategic planning, and crafting network solutions that create value for our customers. You will be part of a new and exciting team being established as a key element of GlobalConnect’s growth journey and high ambitions. This is your chance to be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, starting with hunting for new opportunities and building your own portfolio. With a deep technical understanding of network infrastructure, you will guide our clients through complex decisions, leveraging your knowledge to create bespoke solutions tailored to their specific needs.

What will you do?

  • Build and develop a portfolio of less than 20 customers, focusing on both new and existing clients.
  • Engage in deep technical discussions to understand customer needs and design customized network solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Management to ensure the technical aspects of the solutions align with customer needs and financial requirements.
  • Present and sell complex network solutions in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process, from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.

To thrive in this role, you need:

  • Extensive experience with network solutions, particularly with vendors like Aruba and Cisco.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales, particularly with network solution products aimed at business-to-business markets.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • The ability to design comprehensive network solutions that meet both customer and commercial needs.
