About the department
The Warehouse department in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area with approx. 100 employees and 4 managers. The site is running a Lean fashion and with just-in-time deliveries, relying on highly automated material handling equipment and systems. The Inbound Warehouse department is responsible for all materials, entering our FP factory and production lines. We are currently doubling our capacity with an expressive Warehouse Expansion Project where the team plays a key role.

The position
As an Associate Manager for Inbound Warehouse, you will play a key role in the department as a leader of a team of around 21 highly committed and professional Operators and one coordinator. The team's responsibility is to ensure optimal operation of the inbound processes i.e., receiving of goods in the right flow, process improvements, a high focus on quality and delivery to our production Lines.

You will be part of the management group, where you can look forward to working with both long-term strategic directions, but also with daily routines, and prioritization of operations and projects.

Your tasks are very varied and include the following elements:

  • Drive performance by optimizations
  • Develop the team and ensure an engaged and motivated employees
  • Ensure optimal staffing for 24/7 operations throughout the year.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:

  • A relevant degree and a solid experience with logistics, automation or supply chain.
  • Managerial experience from similar jobs
  • Preferable experience with the production and/or development of pharmaceuticals is an advantage, as is a basic understanding of GMP.
  • Good communication skills in Danish and English

This position requires equal parts professional and managerial focus, including the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the job requires a high degree of structure and systematic approach to have a continuous overview of the production, the tasks, and the team. Knowledge of cLEAN® will therefore be preferable.
