Are you searching for a new opportunity in a fast-growing international company? Do you have a passion for Talent Acquisition? If your drive is for taking responsibility for the recruitment process from A-Z. Then this might be just the right opportunity for you!
But what kind of company are we?
Dalux is an innovative Contech company committed to pushing the boundaries of how technology can secure a smarter and more efficient construction and real estate industry. Today we provide our user-friendly digital tools and BIM Technology (3D information models) to leading contractors and advisors in more than 140 countries. But we are not slowing down our expansion journey anytime soon! Today we are present in 23 countries and counting, and therefore this is an exciting time to join us, and directly influence the future of Dalux!
Awesome! But what will my new role be?
As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a significant role in recruiting skilled and passionate colleagues for our IT organization, which is fully based at our headquarters in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process – from search and selection, screening and interviews, to onboarding. You will also work closely with hiring managers to define their recruitment needs and ensure that the process runs efficiently.
A key part of your responsibilities will be communicating the tasks, culture, and work-life balance that Dalux offers to the employees – and ensuring that the promises we make are kept. You will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job postings, pre-screening candidates, reviewing CVs, assessing applications, initiating interviews and onboarding the new employees, specially making sure that they thrive in their new role.
Additionally, you will ensure that candidates are assessed correctly and support the hiring team with best practice methods for both evaluation and interpretation. In this role, you are encouraged to think innovatively and continuously improve processes by exploring new ways to leverage our brand, market, and technology for effective recruitment solutions. Finally, you will develop in-depth knowledge of the talent market to ensure successful sourcing of new colleagues.
This is it; this is what I want!
Excellent! We imagine our future coworker has a relevant education, previous experience recruiting IT specialists and last but not least, an interest in geeking out over cool software and technologies with us. Fluency in both English and Danish is a requirement.
Our new colleague is someone that thrives in an environment that gives plenty of freedom to independently structure, plan, and prioritize your tasks at hand, while always keeping a high quality. This you will achieve with a proactive, service-minded and curious approach to tasks, led by a great understanding of people and technologies as part of working in a software organization. When necessary, you also understand how to constructively challenge and spar with the hiring managers during the recruitment process.
So, why choose Dalux?
Glad you asked! At Dalux, we care. Not only about our work and customers, but about each other. Your work itself should be fun, challenging, and intriguing. But the working environment plays just as big a part in your job satisfaction, and therefore we view working overtime as so last year. We also don't believe in fancy titles and tight dress codes, instead we believe in having a light-hearted, informal, and welcoming workplace, with room for everyone.
In our HQ you will join a team of 19 highly skilled colleagues, who will work together to find the coolest people for Dalux! Recruiting is our passion, and we always strive to challenge ourselves and each other, to become better at what we do. Being a social team, we also enjoy hanging out for dinner, wine tasting, knitting club, and a lot of other fun stuff!
