We are seeking a proactive Support Consultant with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions through product customization. In this role, you will work directly with our global reseller community to ensure our software systems are optimized to meet each customer’s unique requirements, with a particular emphasis on customizing our “BEAS Manufacturing” product.

You’ll be based either in our Madrid, Spain office or in our Budapest, Hungary office.

What are the expectations for this role?

• Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with development, implementation consultants, sales, product management, IT, and quality teams to ensure smooth operation and optimal usage of our software systems.
  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their business processes, challenges, and specific needs. Translate these insights into actionable customization requirements for the “Beas Manufacturing” product.
  • Collaborate closely with development and implementation consultants, sales, product management, IT, and quality teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Analyze and resolve functional issues that arise post-implementation, ensuring that customizations are fully aligned with client expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on the features and functionality of the software, guiding customers on how best to leverage customized solutions to enhance their business processes.
  • Implement and test customizations to ensure they meet client specifications and maintain the integrity of the software. Managing client relations by leveraging your business and systems expertise.

Technical skills:

• Expertise in customizing software products to meet unique customer requirements.
• Familiarity with Reporting Tools, such as Crystal Reports.
• Basic knowledge of Transact SQL/HANA SQL.
• Basic understanding of Networks, Windows OS, and Virtual Machines.
• A development background or mindset is an advantage

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of ERP solutions, preferably supported by SAP certification as a SAP Business One Support or Implementation Consultant.
• Extensive experience with Beas Manufacturing, particularly in customizing the product to meet specific client needs.
• Proficiency in MS-SQL/HANA Server.
• Hands-on experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
• Experience in delivering application training and industry-related technical presentations at seminars, workshops, conferences, and user groups, both onsite and remotely.
