About the job
The main purpose of this position is to plan the field service activities in order to progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders and create an excellent customer experience.
Key tasks:
- Coordinate field service engineers on the field and order process.
- Work proactively with service planning, create and close jobs in our system. You will support the whole Nordic market
- Ensure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with Team Managers
What You Bring
- You may have an administrative background in education.
- Experience in planning, order processing, and invoicing.
- Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. Being a collaborative team player is essential.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships.
- You respond promptly to customer inquiries and understand the importance of accuracy in your actions.
- Fluency in Danish and English is required for this position. Proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is an added advantage.
