Join us in this role where you’ll contribute to various projects and initiatives in Global Culture & Talent, from design and planning to implementation and tracking. You’ll also leverage your extensive expertise within learning to provide advice and find solutions to challenges.

Welcome to Global Culture & Talent
You’ll be part of The Global Culture & Talent Development team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver on strategic projects and initiatives, starting from designing and planning the projects to planning and implementing them and finally tracking use data and insights to solve challenges effectively. You’ll engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensure ongoing connection in the business to ensure maximum relevance and impact of the work and act as an expert in learning. As a team, we collaborate across expertise areas to create the most impactful solutions in an inclusive, friendly environment with a focus on continuous learning and development.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • delivering on prioritised projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery on schedule with quality and on budget
  • using data and insights to solve challenges effectively and helping define and track impact measures to ensure that our organisation understands the impact
  • engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensuring ongoing connection into the business to ensure maximum relevance and impact of the work
  • acting as an expert in learning, driving progress, and contributing to other areas as needed.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have solid expertise in learning and wish to develop a broad understanding of our culture and talent agenda
  • have solid analytics skills to help us measure and track how we're progressing on our talent and culture agenda
  • have a global mindset and ability to create great relations with a broad range of colleagues across countries and professions
  • have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
  • are able to manage projects and initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
