YOUR TEAM
You will join VILA's Supply Chain Management team consisting of 3 colleagues, which is part of a dedicated sourcing and buying department with 55 passionate colleagues. The department is characterized by a fun, collaborative, and informal work environment with a focus on personal and professional development. As a team, we cover various tasks within supply chain management, such as quality assurance, supplier development, communication and knowledge sharing, traceability and transparency, sustainability, compliance, and responsible sourcing. You will also work closely with BESTSELLER's global sourcing offices and suppliers located in different countries.

YOUR JOB
As a Supply Chain & Quality Coordinator, you will have an essential role in the Supply Chain Management team by coordinating various administrative tasks throughout the supply chain and sourcing. Your primary area of responsibility is to collect, organize, and share information related to quality assurance and supply chain. More specifically, your tasks will involve:

• Organizing meetings and preparing materials and PowerPoints.
• Responding to claim requests, being in a dialogue with our suppliers and arranging potential warehouse for quality checks.
• Coordinating, participating in meetings, and sharing relevant information with buyers, suppliers, and sourcing offices.
• Visiting suppliers in relation to supplier development and quality assurance.
• Maintaining and securing valid data on our supply chain

YOUR PROFILE
You thrive in creating structure and ensuring valid data. You are open-minded when communicating with different stakeholders and are not afraid to reach out. Administrative tasks motivate you, and you pay attention to detail. You are willing to develop and learn new tasks and take on new responsibilities within supply chain management. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of garment industry and textile materials. You can for example come from a position within buying, pattern design, have worked in a clothing store etc.
• Experience in a supporting role is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, both in writing and speech.
