We are looking for an Executive Management Assistant to be a supportive force to our Group CFO. You will serve as the liaison between the Group CFO, the CFO leadership team and other functions and work closely with people from all corners of our global community.

Main purpose of the position:
The purpose of this role is to support the Group CFO and interact with the senior leadership team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and that daily business run efficiently. The Executive Management Assistant is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.
What you’ll do:
- Participation, facilitation, and follow-up to ensure timely execution of “CFO leadership meetings”, and other types of meetings critical to the leadership team agenda
- Project management responsibility on behalf of the Group CFO and the leadership team
- Preparation of presentations and written materials
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for Group CFO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to executives and leaders
- Manage the travel logistics and activities incl. accommodations and transportation for the Group CFO
- Provide administrative and office support to the Group CFO
Key skills and qualifications:
- Experience from supporting roles reporting directly to upper management in an international environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present information in a structured, logical and credible manner
- Critical thinking skills will help responding to need for creative solutions, last minute decisions or evaluation or development of strategies for completion of tasks
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Strategic planning as it is crucial the ensure the portfolio of leadership activities is up to date and well aligned with stakeholders
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and it's employees
