To supplement our Developer Enablement team, we have a large DevOps guild helping with implementing best practices and sharing experiences across Dalux. Our development is characterized by a very pragmatic agile methodology with frequent releases. We apply the same pragmatism to DevOps and once value is demonstrated we are able to implement changes with great success.
