Are you a master’s student with an interest in the regulatory landscape and processes? Be a part of Novo Nordisk’s growth journey and accelerate your own. Turn your degree into a global career at one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies!

About the Regulatory Affairs Graduate Programme

The full-time position as a Regulatory Affairs Graduate offers you a chance to play an important role in ensuring that all Novo Nordisk treatments and devices are developed with compliance and the patients in mind. Liaising between relevant authorities and Novo Nordisk stakeholders, Regulatory Affairs are involved throughout all phases of development and roll-out.

The Graduate Programme will give you comprehensive knowledge of some of the key departments in the drug development value chain while you are building on competencies within areas such as project management, operational excellence, communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills. You will also enjoy the privilege of being part of a graduate network, which will allow you to broaden your learnings even further, while building your opportunities and relationships across the company.

As you embark on your life-changing career in Novo Nordisk, we will provide you with:

  • Accelerated personal and professional development from day one
  • International professional experience
  • Vast exposure and networking possibilities

The position

During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting eight-months rotations. Two rotations will be at our headquarter in Denmark and one will be in one of our global affiliates around the world. You will work as a fully-fledged member of each team, with responsibilities for one or more projects, in an environment characterised by a vast global network, knowledge sharing and challenging assignments in a dynamic, project-centric organisation. While gaining immense business understanding and learning about our exciting portfolio of innovative treatment solutions, you will grow core skills within areas such as:

  • Shaping, planning, and executing regulatory strategies and frameworks
  • Submission planning
  • New drug development
  • Label updates
  • Lifecycle management of products
  • Digital health

You will work closely with other departments in Novo Nordisk to ensure that issues are covered in their projects; and in that way improving regulatory processes even further. After two years in the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme, you will be offered a permanent position within the regulatory organisation, with continued focus on your future career development.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed as a Regulatory Affairs Graduate, we expect you to have:

  • International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies – however, no more than one year of full-time work experience between or after completing your studies (when hired)
  • Global mindset, ability to adapt quickly to change, displaying agility and willingness to explore and innovate
  • Excellent communication skills, be a team-player, driven and eager to learn
  • Professional fluency in English and be globally mobile

If you meet the criteria and are interested in joining the programme with start-up date 1 September 2025, please make sure to submit your application no later than 30 November 2024 GMT+1.
