You will be the Executive assistant for the VP of Product and Marketing Development Finance and to the Head of our ERP team. In this role you will be coordinating and collaborating with teams across the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities
In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Calendar ownership: Overall ownership of the calendars of the two VPs including coordinating leadership team meetings
  • Meeting coordination: Preparing agendas, attending leadership team meetings, communication of meeting outcomes and actions to include action log follow-up
  • Team connectivity & events: Be the approachable, friendly face of the two areas by professionally addressing relevant inquiries and assisting in finding efficient solutions for a variety of issues; Organizing team events.
  • Onboarding support: Supporting the onboarding of new extended leadership team members
  • Assistance in preparing/finalizing presentations
  • Travel and expense management: Entry management of expenses claims
  • Data compliance: Owner of shared leadership team drives and team distribution lists ensuring the constant use of data compliance

You will be an integrated and valued team member of the two Finance teams and you will report to the VP of Product and Marketing Development Finance. Besides, you will play an active role in the EA community in the Finance organization.

We imagine that you bring a degree possibly within Linguistics, Languages, Economics, Business Administration or similar combined with solid experience as an Executive Assistant for senior leaders in a bigger global organization. In addition, you are:

  • Able to priorities and being organized in your day-to-day work.
  • Comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the hour.
  • Proactive and with a high degree of collaboration.
  • An exceptional communicator and you have the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with
  • Able to handle and maintain high-level of confidentiality.
  • Skilled in MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerPoint
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
