Job Description
Deloitte Nordic SAP Graduate Programme
Our Nordic SAP graduate program is meticulously designed to equip you with the fundamentals to successfully launch your career as an SAP consultant. Commencing in late August 2025, the program gives you a strong start through a mix of on-site, self-study, and on-the-job trainings. From day one, you will be paired up with a buddy and a mentor who will provide you with continuous support and guidance. Simultaneously, you will have the opportunity to build a strong network with colleagues within our SAP department and the broader Technology & Transformation business unit across Denmark and the Nordics.

The Nordic SAP graduate program unites graduates from 4 Nordic Countries over a 12-month period, where they participate in:

Deloitte Technology & Transformation Denmark Consultant Academy:

  • The Consultant Academy will provide you with the essential consulting tools tailored to meet the expectations of your role within Deloitte. The academy will equip you with the fundamental skills needed to succeed in consulting, focusing on collaborative problem-solving as a team.

SAP Bootcamp:

  • You will receive an introduction to SAP S/4HANA alongside other graduates from across the Nordics. You will participate in two bootcamps held at various locations in Europe, offering a comprehensive overview of SAP’s functional areas. The bootcamps culminate with deep-dive training sessions combining your newly acquired theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on exercises in SAP S/4HANA.

Work on client engagement:

  • You will join one of our Deloitte teams working on a local or international client project. This will allow you to apply your newly acquired professional SAP skills and put your training in practice, while learning what it takes to be a consultant on a client project. Throughout your career you will continuously receive professional training, as we believe ongoing training is essential for professional development and learning.

SAP Certifications:

  • As an SAP consultant, you will engage in self-study during your graduate program to prepare for and pass one or more SAP certifications that are relevant within your area of work.

So overall, as a Deloitte SAP graduate, you will play a crucial role in our client engagements, helping them to transform their business and technology landscape with SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications
What you bring to the team:

  • You are ambitious and curious individual, who can adapt well to different situations and is eager to learn – an excellent foundation for building a career within SAP.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can present complex issues and facts to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • You have gained first work experience ideally in team-based projects, e.g., through a student position.
  • You have completed a master’s degree with strong academic results by 27th of August 2025 (or within the previous 2 years) – we are not picky about your field of study, as long as you can demonstrate its value.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and know how to break down complex problems to solutions.
  • You are willing to travel, as we work in a hybrid set up for many of our clients in the Nordics and Europe.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You have a high level of written and oral proficiency in English and Danish.
  • You are based in the Copenhagen area and have the right to live and work in Denmark.

It is a bonus if you also have:

  • An understanding of ERP-systems and / or SAP.
  • A general, basic understanding of either financial accounting, supply chain, project management, or databases/technology.
  • If you are interested in Data / Analytics, then basic programming would be helpful.

Additional Information
Interview process
Our interview process spans over the course of half a day, and by the end of the day you will know if you have secured a new job. We are scheduling threedays of interviews:

  • The first cohort of interviews will be held the 23rd of January 2025.
  • The second cohort of interviews will be held on the 6th of February 2025.
  • The third cohort of interviews will be held on the 27th of February 2025.

We a have a limited number of positions to fill, so if you can participate in the first cohort of interviews held in January, we recommend you apply as soon as possible. If you are invited to participate in the interview process, you will receive more information.
