Who we are
At Lind Capital, we take a different approach to trading. We're a team of 20+ market specialists and analytical thinkers who combine technical expertise with market understanding. From our Aarhus base, we develop and execute quantitative strategies that deliver results. With no external investors, we are free to focus on making the best possible trades using quantitative models.
Graduate Trader in Lind Capital
Join our 12-month program where you'll work alongside seven experienced traders who understand what makes markets tick. You'll develop and execute trading strategies across US and European markets, advance your Python skills, build business relationships internally and externally, and participate in analytical projects.
You're naturally interested in market dynamics and enjoy seeing your analysis translate into trading results. We value efficient decision-making over meetings, and practical solutions over presentations.
The job
You will learn market dynamics from colleagues who combine technical skill with trading experience. Your typical week includes 30 hours of active trading, with remaining time spent analyzing and improving our trading strategies and models. You will cover US trading hours four days per week (until 10pm), compensated with an evening trading supplement.
More specifically, you will be tasked to:
- - Execute trading strategies across European and US markets
- - Develop and optimize trading strategies
- - Advance your skills through hands-on experience and training

We're looking for someone who brings:
- - A passion for equity markets and a significant interest quantitative trading approaches
- - Master's or PhD in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or similar fields with excellent grades
- - Problem-solving abilities with clear communication skills
- - Advanced Excel proficiency
- - Python skills for data analysis
- - Solid foundation in statistics and econometrics
Additional valuable skills include trading experience, machine learning expertise, SQL, or Git.

We generally dislike meetings, PowerPoints, politics, and committees, but prefer to look at the code or the chart together over the screen for a few minutes and make the decisions there and then.
The practical stuff
This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark. We operate in English and welcome international candidates.
Work flexibility at Lind Capital is a two-way street. This means that when someone is sick, when the market is crashing, or during vacation periods, we will expect you to work additional hours. However, when you have a sick child, a dentist appointment, an important skiing trip, or whatever is important to you outside of work, then we will do what we can to make that possible for you.
Start date: August 2025 (or earlier if that is a better fit to your plans).
