The position
We need a masterdata data Responsible to participate in our project activities in M3 expansion. You will be a part of a maintenance team consisting of Mechanical technicians, calibration technicians, electricians, and support functions.
Your main tasks will be:
- Insure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with our stakeholder, to ensure good data quality on component and sparepart level.
- Take part in making tools and overviews of our overall progress.
- Contribute to making quality assessments, spare part listing, maintenance strategy, and focusing on conducting strategic work to hit the right level of maintenance for a specific mechanical component.
- Making training material for various purposes.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites
- High-level Excel skills
- Proficiency at handling large amounts of data
- Excel in stakeholder management
- Good at creating overview of data progress
- SAP User experience.
- Knowledge with documentation such as Maintenance plans, spare part listing BOMs etc.
- English proficiency (verbal and written).

You will be joining PS API Expansions. The area is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT, which employs approximately 35,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees globally.
PS API Expansions is a growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients.
