THE POSITION
- Develop, maintain, and improve the company's QMS in accordance with ISO standards. Ensure that the organization's processes and activities are performed consistently, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, legal regulations, and customer requirements.
- Build a quality-oriented culture within the organization and drive continuous improvement to achieve business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Maintain QMS:
- Ensure that quality management processes/procedures, policies, objectives, documents, and records are updated and aligned with applicable standards.
- Quality Certification Management: Ensure products meet quality certification requirements.
- Maintain, improve, and develop the quality management system.
Internal Quality Control:
- Monitor and conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address non-conformities (NCs).
Complaint Management and Improvement:
- Manage and analyze customer complaint data to propose improvement solutions.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Support for Third-Party Audits:
- Arrange and maintain the readiness of QMS documents and records.
- Prepare for and assist with certification audits or customer evaluations.
Enhance the quality, client mindset
- Organize periodic activities and events to promote the quality culture and improve the quality and client mindsets of Operations staff.
- Organize training sessions on QMS for employees in various departments.
- Ensure employees understand and properly follow the relevant processes.
New implementation
Continuously research and implement new solutions and technology, improve production processes which support to lift the quality.
REQUIREMENT:
- University Graduated
- Experienced with Photoshop
- At least 1 year of experience in managing and maintaining ISO quality systems
- Basic English
Working time: 9h-18h (Mon-Fri), Willing to support production line in peak seasons
Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
