Why this role is important to us

Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) is a type of business process outsourcing delivered based on a cloud services model. With BPaaS, SimCorp does not just provide software to a client but also operates the software for certain processes for that client and delivers the relevant outcomes.

We are actively enhancing our BpaaS Investment Operations Services (IOS) solution. For such purpose we are establishing a new role in Product Development to drive end to end delivery of BPaaS (IOS) business flows in Securities/Trade Processing area.

At the same time, we want to transform our processes and introduce full value chain delivery, including increasing automation level around BPaaS (IOS).

We are looking for people with strong business and technical background.

What you will be responsible for

• Full value chain delivery of BPaaS

• Contributing into standardization of BPaaS solution

• Drive transformation process and incorporate new ways of working

• Implementing BPaaS projects

• Collaborate with various stakeholders along the value chain of BPaaS Service, including Solution Architects and Product Managers/Owners

• Improving and automating all processes along the BPaaS value chain (building, testing, deploying)

• Constantly learning and developing yourself and the team

What we value
To be able to quickly onboard into this role we expect you have the following competences:

• You have knowledge in Securities/Trade Processing area (e.g. Equities, Bonds, FX, Deposits, Mutual Funds, CTM, SWIFT, CSDR, CLS)

• Simcorp Dimension knowledge is expected

• You are open to learning other Investment Operations areas (eg. Derivatives, Collateral, Reconciliation)

• You have experience in implementation projects

• You are a strong believer in standardization and best practice concepts

• You have transformation mindset

• You are ready to work in the remote team

• Curiosity and readiness to learn in-house tools and frameworks (Communication Server and DEX)

• Knowledge and experience in programming or/and testing, including JSON, XML/XSLT, SQL will be an advantage
