On behalf of Rohde Nielsen, MARPRO Group is looking for a Crew Coordinator for the office in Copenhagen. You will report directly to Head of Crewing.
The job
Rohde Nielsen is growing and are seeking a Crew Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will assist their crewing of vessels, supporting operations by updating the crew management system, ensuring all certificates and documents are up to date, and providing required documentation for stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Additionally, you will assist recruitment, crew development, and visit vessels and learn about the company.
Maritime experience is not a requirement, but it is essential that you are eager to learn about the industry and have a proactive attitude and want to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Professional qualifications
- Relevant education.
- Experience within the maritime industry or another relevant sector.
- Proficient IT user.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both verbal and written.

- Be curious and inquisitive about the maritime industry.
- Excellent teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration with seafarers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented and structured.
- Strong communication skills.
