You may have noticed we not long ago were looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner. We have decided to change the scope of the role which means less focus on the general support role and more focus on your own dedicated business area where you are responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
The main part of the role will be to independently support your own dedicated business area within Talent Acquisition. As the Talent Acquistion Partner you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies and focus on supporting them in all the recruitment steps. The hiring managers will see you as a trusted advisor and take your advice into account when deciding for the right strategy and the right candidate.
A crucial part where the Talent Acquistion Partner especially brings value to the process is the interview with assessment feedback. In this interview the Talent Acquistion Partner is the facilitator ensuring a trust-based safe environment for the candidates to share their perspectives on the assessments results. As an assessment tool we will be using Predictive Index (PI), both behavioral and cognitive assessment. Milestone will provide you with certification if you don’t have it already.
It is a global role, and you will have stakeholders primarily in our offices in Denmark and EMEA region.
Your primary responsibilities are:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in your area of responsibility.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
- Screen CVs to identify qualified candidates when needed.
- Coordinate interview scheduling.
- Perform assessment feedback interviews.
- Conduct online screening calls when needed.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn.
- Provide user support in our recruitment tool, Oracle.
- Compile and analyze recruitment data to drive process improvements.
- Take part in Employer Branding activities when needed.

- Previous experience with recruitment or Talent Acquistion being responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
- Experience providing assessment feedback to candidates.
- Experience sourcing candidates.
- Insights on how to create a positive candidate experience.
- Professional proficiency in English both in writing and verbally.
Please note that the position is on-site at our headquarters in Brøndby, Denmark, and requires that you have a valid Danish work visa.
