As our new Operational Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring supply security for our production.
You will be part of our Material Support team - a central hub between production, goods receipt, global sourcing and our suppliers.

The workday you can look forward to
We are proud to have a high level of experience and competence in Material Support. Not two days will feel the same, as you will work with a range of stakeholders. You can expect to be challenged, grow, and have fun and more specifically, work with:

• Daily procurement for production, stock and projects, including creation, dispatch and adjustments of purchase orders in SAP
• Daily communication with suppliers to ensure timely availability and delivery of components
• Follow up on order confirmations and update delivery dates in SAP
• Maintain an overview of the daily material situation during board meetings
• Various administrative tasks
• Participate in the digitalization and optimization of processes, as well as contribute to the overall development of the department

What will make you fit in well
We imagine that you have:

• Previous experience in operational purchasing or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Recently graduated purchaser or holder of another relevant qualification
• System understanding – familiarity with SAP ERP and Excel is an advantage
• Superuser of MS Office
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken

You will be based in our production facilities as part of the Material Support team, which includes production planning and operational purchasing.
At FOSS, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a growing company. We are on an incredible journey with FOSS Flow (LEAN), and in 2026, the entire Supply Chain will move to our newly built production and distribution facilities in Vinge near Frederikssund.
