Working closely with our Vice President, Head of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs, you will gain valuable insights into key political and regulatory issues and a deep understanding of a fascinating industry and company, while being the focal point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders. We expect you to effectively support the daily operations of the team and manage administrative responsibilities, enabling you to assist the Head of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs and the management team in the execution of the strategy ,and being the “glue” connecting our global team, as well as driving your own projects.
In this role, you’ll leverage your exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and colleagues across all levels, building a strong global network.
Key Responsibilities:
The main objective of the role is to be the go-to sparring partner for the Head of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs and provide exceptional administrative assistance and actively contribute to the management team’s success. In addition, your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary liaison with ministries and public authorities
- Serve as the primary liaison with the global public policy and regulatory affairs team
- Prepare, align and update external presentations and newsletters/articles
- Proactively handle the calendar management. Juggling day-to-day changing calendar with discretion, while handling urgent enquiries and planning to make the pieces fit
- Plan off-sites, social gatherings and team initiatives, take care of the travel management (including visa and bookings)
- Support onboarding and offboarding for team members and become the “glue” for the global team for various kinds of questions
- Build your internal network within our EA community to ensure you’re always up-to-date related to internal policies and procedures
- Represent the team at external meetings with government and other key stakeholders as relevant
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience providing executive-level administrative support within a large, global organization
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field preferred
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating needs and addressing issues before they escalate
- Proven ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, remain flexible under pressure, and exercise sound judgment
- Self-motivated and independent, while also being a reliable and supportive team player
- Commitment to maintaining the company’s high standards of integrity, professionalism, and respect for all colleagues and stakeholders
- Fluent in Danish & English
