As part of our Log Management Team at Denmark's largest ISP, TDC NET, your role will be to provide critical support for security analysts by ensuring the seamless operation of our central log management platform. Our team designs, builds, and implements robust data pipelines and solutions to empower security operations. About the job
In this role, you will develop and maintain data pipelines and solutions, overseeing the entire process from planning and design to implementation and operation. You’ll ensure the efficient operation of log management environments, particularly SIEM and related tools, while creating thorough documentation of systems and solutions. Leveraging a strong understanding of infrastructure, you will offer guidance and recommendations to optimize log management platforms.

About you
Skills and Knowledge

• Extensive experience in SIEM and log management tools, such as Splunk, ELK, MS Sentinel, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge in developing and maintaining log data ingestion pipelines.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency in parsing raw log data using regex and extracting meaningful insights.
• Proven ability to create advanced searches, develop correlation rules, and generate alerts.
• Experience in monitoring system health, maintaining infrastructure, and implementing upgrades.
• Skilled in integrating SIEM and log management tools with other security platforms.
• Ability to create custom dashboards for operational insights and performance metrics.
• Experience in developing automation scripts to enhance efficiency – using Python/Shell, and other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (for example GDPR, NIS2, Data & AI Acts, and other national and European directives and regulations) and generating compliance reports.
• Capability to provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
