Join us in this role where you’ll support in managing commercial and contractual related matters during the contraction phase of our offshore wind farm project in Taiwan.
Welcome to Procurement and Execution Contract Management Team
You’ll be part of CHW2204 Contract Management Team where you together with your colleagues will assist in managing procurement activities for our projects in Taiwan in close collaboration with a number of stakeholders within our procurement and project teams. Our team of highly experienced colleagues is characterized by trust and a great team spirit. As a team, we put emphasis on personal and professional development, share knowledge, and support each other. We like to work in an informal, collaborative environment and like to have fun together.
Join us where you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our industry for a six (6) to eight (8) months of internship, gaining relevant professional skills currently used in the workforce. You’ll support our vision in enabling a greener future.
You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting the Senior Contract Managers in administrating contracts by verifying invoices
- updating reporting tools to ensure accurate and timely information
- drafting communications and contractual documentation to maintain clear and effective correspondence
- filing documents to keep records organized and accessible.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience with administrative tasks
- have a positive, result-oriented, and proactive approach to your tasks
- have a structured and analytical approach to your work
- are a team player
- can cooperate efficiently with colleagues from other in-house functions in a global cross-cultural context
