Join our innovative Customs Implementation team
Based in Denmark, you will join our Global Customs unit, and more specifically, the Implementation team. We are currently 7 team members and supported by a 6-person Superuser Team located in Poland.
Together we work with the global implementation of a state-of-the-art customs platform. Our various professional strengths make for a dynamic and knowledge sharing environment.

Drive projects, train teams, and optimise processes
You will be responsible for the rollout of the platform in a given country, “from cradle to grave”, not only diving into the depths of business processes & Customs nuances but ensuring that we execute timely delivery of the software in agreed timeline by coordinating various workstreams handled by our cross-functional Customs AI team. Currently, we are implementing the platform in 1 country a month, and the pace is set to increase from Q2’25 to 2 countries a month – ambitious targets for the people appreciating a fair professional challenge.

Your key tasks will be to handle:

  • Project management, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, e.g. technical business analysts, data scientists, and developers
  • Training to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Stakeholder management, aligning with local and global stakeholders on goals and priorities to ensure successful adoption
  • Risk mitigation, identifying and addressing risks and issues that may impact implementation

This role will take you travelling around 30 days a year to the sites where you are responsible for implementation. We will of course schedule any traveling well in advance, ensuring the timing fits both the project and your private life.

You have an appetite for learning and a solid drive
Most importantly, you are ready to take ownership and step into an environment, where learning on the go is essential, and adaptability is key. You have the courage to fail, learn from it, and come back even stronger. And with a great sense of cultural respect, you have the diplomacy needed when you work with the people from all over the world.

In terms of your professional qualifications and experience, we are eager to hear from you, if you can check off one or more of the following:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Customs domain or Transport & Logistics industry in general
  • Experience with global projects demanding tech understanding or implementation know-how
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Tech-savviness, and a solid grasp of platform technology. Familiarity with API/EDI integrations and AI & OCR will put you one step ahead of the game
  • Project management skills from leading complex projects and coordinating teams, relevant certification is welcome
  • Stakeholder management
  • Fluent and comfortable in communication in English
