This 2-year opportunity immerses you in ECCO’s Finance & Business Control operations, equipping you with the skills and experience to thrive in a global commercial environment. You’ll gain a deep understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and business control processes at both corporate and regional levels.

As an ECCO Graduate, you will work across departments such as Financial Controlling, Business Performance Analysis, and Sales and Cost Controlling, where you’ll learn from inspiring colleagues while taking on real responsibilities that shape our business.

What You’ll Work On
Throughout the programme, you’ll gain exposure to:

• Financial and business controlling (monthly, quarterly, annual reports, budgets, and forecasts)
• Performance and business analysis
• Strategic target setting and achievement tracking
• Sales and cost controlling, along with accounting fundamentals
• Conducting and presenting analyses for management
• Innovating finance processes to improve operational efficiency

What Are the Requirements?

• Education: You are about to graduate or have graduated within the last two years with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Basic accounting knowledge is helpful but not required—we’ll teach you the rest!
• Skills: Strong English communication is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
