Diehl Metering ApS produces meters and reading systems for remote reading in the Danish utility sector. They are part of a larger international group, with approximately 17,500 employees worldwide, of whom around 1,900 are employed at Diehl Metering.
The position
The new Solution Technician will become part of a team where collaboration is key. As a First Line Supporter, you will experience a highly varied workday where no two days are alike. Your primary tasks will include providing support for key customers and ongoing projects. Support will be related to the different types of meters provided by Diehl Metering and assisting customers in using its IT system IZAR Plus Portal. This can be done either onsite or remotely via TeamViewer. Additionally, you will be involved in ongoing projects, updating various guides and descriptions, and handling complaints.
Diehl Metering ApS understands that success in the position will not be immediate and expects a learning period of up to a year from hiring. Therefore, it is essential that you consider asking questions to be an important part of personal development within the company.
Furthermore, good communication skills are necessary in dialogues with customers, partners, subcontractors, etc. To fulfill the role, you should possess a curious nature and a natural aptitude for technology and IT.
Your qualifications
There are many pathways into this position in terms of education, but the most important factor is that you have an electrical-technical background, whether as an electrician, electrical installer, production technician, IT specialist, marine engineer, or the like. To succeed in this exciting role, you must be able to handle complex technical data and be IT proficient. You could be a recent graduate eager to work in an international setup.

- Has a structured approach and is systematic in their work, and is able to draw relevant conclusions
- Is curious, engaged, not afraid to ask for help and willing to share knowledge within the department
