System Analyst – Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)

We are looking for a System Analyst who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. You will join our Service and Support team for our Collection product line which are responsible for delivering top edge services to our customers running our software solutions as SaaS solutions and on-premises solutions. Our teams are in Stockholm, Skövde, Kalix and Belgrade and cooperates with colleagues in other locations as well.

As a System Analyst you will be working in our 2nd line team investigating incidents and communicating both with customers and internal resources to achieve high customer satisfaction. You will continuously contribute to improving our services and processes in order to improve quality and efficiency.

When joining Tietoevry Banking as a System Analyst

• You join a skilled team of Service and Support experts, where you learn new things with your colleagues.
• You will work according to established ITIL processes withing our support team.
• You will handle ticket in our ITSM tool (ServiceNow) and work with troubleshooting incidents to resolve issues for our customers
• Take part in delivering updates to our customers, both on-prem and in the cloud.

Who we are looking for

• A skilled investigator who is independent, thorough and structured and is driven by resolving issues.
• You have a technical background with basic SQL knowledge and capability to read software code.
• You enjoy working as part of a team but can also be independent in your daily work.
• You have a passion for driving customer satisfaction though delivering high-quality service and building relations as well as having a mature mindset and confidence to make and enforce well-founded decisions in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in financial systems (banks, financial corporations, and similar) is a plus.
