Embedded Software Engineer - Compressor Applications

We are seeking a motivated Embedded Software Engineer to join our team focused on developing innovative solutions for intelligent compressor electronics. You will play a key role in creating the next generation of products for the BITZER Group, specifically in compressor control software.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between application requirements and technical implementation, translating complex demands into modeling and robust embedded software solutions. Your passion for product development and drive to innovate will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions that redefine compressor technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the specific requirements of compressor applications.
- Translate application requirements into models and high-quality embedded software code.
- Design, implement, and optimize software for compressor control systems.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to deployment and support.
- Drive product development forward through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and contribute to system-level integration.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid experience in embedded software development, preferably for compressor control applications.
- Strong skills in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
- Experience with Python and C# for system tools is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze application requirements and design & model software solutions.
- Enthusiasm for innovative product development and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and across disciplines.
- Proficient in written & spoken Danish & English language
