Your role and responsibilities
Have you mastered the skill of bringing multiple stakeholders to a shared understanding of challenges and opportunities? Are you ready to make an impact well beyond the ordinary? If so, this job is exactly what you've been waiting for. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of this program, which has the potential to become a new standard model across ABB’s international organization. One of your primary responsibilities will be to develop a strategy with a scalable model that answers a key question: How can we leverage insights from individual projects to create a comprehensive framework for managing multiple parallel projects within the program? Your success will largely depend on your ability to build strong relationships and challenge existing ways of working. This requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to break down complex technical challenges and present them in an easy-to-understand format, supported by logical arguments for your recommendations. You can choose to work from our Middelfart or Ballerup office, but you should be prepared for frequent visits to the other location. Relationships, relationships, relationships… Your responsibilities: • Develop a new strategy for scaling, including ongoing qualification of insights and lessons learned. • Manage the program, ensuring coherence and effective knowledge sharing. • Contribute to resource allocation across projects to ensure diverse teams and optimal use of resources. • Support sales-oriented colleagues by providing relevant insights and learnings from the projects. • Manage suppliers to meet program objectives. • Report to management with facts, data, conclusions, and recommendations. • Perform risk management, addressing both individual project risks and overarching program risks. • Implement a standardized test setup for the program in close collaboration with the Test Manager.

Qualifications for the role

• Likely a technical education or substantial technical expertise gained through experience.
• A project management certification.
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager, and possibly in program management as well.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Knowledge of and interest in agile methodologies.
• Potential knowledge of automation and the process industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
